Research Activities

Attempted generation of an artificial res-site hunter transposon using restriction cloning techniques. Creation of theorised clone constructs in silico using Geneious Prime. Transposition assays of the Tn502 res-site hunter transposon to observe transposition frequencies in the res-site of IncP plasmids and its insertional orientation.
