  3. Evaluation of the host response to bacterial oral infection
  4. Role of γδT cells, NKT cells and innate immune cells in bacterial oral infection
  5. Antimicrobial peptide development.
  6. Nanomaterials for vaccine delivery.
  7. Nanomaterials as antimicrobial compounds

Techniques/Expertise

  1. Peptide synthesis and modification, HPLC etc.
  2. Nanomaterial fabrication
  3. Flow cytometry, Bioplex, MACS and FACS sorting, T cell proliferation, cytokine assays (ELISPOT, Bioplex), cell culture (T cells and subsets, B cells, macrophages, epithelial, endothelial etc)
