Research Activities

I am focusing on the development of the different in vitro differentiation methods to convert iPS cells into various types of human cells types such as macrophages and pDCs which are playing significant roles in innate immunity and infectious diseases.

Techniques/Expertise

Induced pluripotent stem cell culture, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, in vitro differentiation from iPS, Immunostaining, Histology, Molecular biology
